New Clients
Dr. Fournet schedules appointments Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Appointment times outside of this time range may be available following discussion with her.
If you have questions or would like to schedule an initial appointment please contact Dr. Fournet at 205-520-8123. If she is unavailable, you may leave a message on her confidential voicemail.
If you would prefer to contact her via email you may do so at dfournet@fjmtoffice.com. It is recommended that you include only contact and general information by email as confidential information can be discussed at a later date by phone.
Dr. Fournet provides access to a client portal and online scheduling for established clients. Information on how to access the portal will be provided at the time of your initial appointment.
Established Clients
Established clients may contact Dr. Fournet at 205-520-8123. Messages may be left on her confidential voicemail and will be returned in a timely fashion. She can also be reached through email at dfournet@fjmtoffice.com.
Online appointment scheduling, canceling, and viewing of set appointments may be done through the client portal, which can be accessed as follows:
Choose find your therapist in the top right corner (drop down menu).
Type your therapist’s name in the by name search bar.
Enter your username and password.
Confirmations & Cancellations
Appointment confirmations will be sent to your email or cell phone depending on which mode of communication you choose. Please note that cancellations need to be made 24 hours (one business day) prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations received without 24 hours-notice will be charged at the full rate of the session.
